Once a quotation has been accepted, we will agree a start date and give you anticipated timescales for completion of the work.

Sometimes, a scope of work can change along the way, either through unforeseeable circumstances or a change of design directive. We will always keep clients informed of any changes to pricing or services, well in advance.

When work starts, we appreciate that we may be working in a client’s home or a busy office, so we will always do our best to minimise disruption. We always tidy up at the end of each working day and will leave your home clean and tidy.
